Hours of Operation
You may contact Information Technology by submitting a ticket, or calling our Helpdesk 973-720-4357.
Summer hours are in effect from May 22nd - August 11th.
Regular work day schedules will be in effect during the week of May 29th, June 12th and July 3rd for holiday weeks. The University is closed Monday May 29th, Friday June 16th and Tuesday July 4th.
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00AM-10:00PM
- Friday: Closed
- Saturday: 9:00AM-5:00PM
- Sunday: On-call phone support (Priority issues left by voicemail will receive a call back within 4 hours)

- Friday: 8:30AM-6:00PM
- Saturday: 9:00AM-5:00PM
