  1. Open Control Panel
  2. Click on "Java Icon"

  3. Under "Temporary Internet Files", click "Settings"

  4. Click on "Delete Files"
    JavaCache3.PNG


  5. Make sure "Trace and Log Files" and "Cached Applications and Applets" are checked

  6. Click "OK" (this may take a few seconds)
  7. Click "OK" to exit Java Settings
