Why can't I save I tried to manually change the WP Wireless settings but they aren't getting saved and I cannot connect
This is usually due to a third party software managing your wireless (Intel Proset, HP or Dell wireless management software, etc). You need to make the equivalent changes through this software, or disable the software and manage your wireless through windows.
How do I configure a device that isn't 802.1x compatible?
Devices that are not 802.1x compatible can be added to the My Devices portal, and then connect to the WP Guest Network.
