The IRT's Center for Teaching with Technology offers support for faculty moving to remote teaching for the remainder of the Spring 2020 semester.

One-on-one Consultations

While we hope that most of you will be able to attend one of the workshops, CTT staff is also available for one-on-one consultations about remote instruction. To make an appointment, please make a Help Desk ticket at wpunj.edu/helpdesk. Choose the Blackboard ticket type and then CTT Faculty Consultation. This is the best way to set up a time to work with one of the CTT instructional designers.

Self-Service Help on the ITwiki

Bb 101 - Teaching Remotely support page - Especially created to assist with remote instruction, this page includes links to help with everything from Activating a Course Shell to Logging into a Collaborate Session, and more.

Support for Students

Help is available for our students too! Should your students need help with Blackboard, please direct them to the Blackboard for Students support page page on the ITwiki. If students have questions, they can create a Help Desk ticket at wpunj.edu/helpdesk.
