| If a patron prints double-sided and the back sides are upside-down, power cycle the printer(s) and have them re-print. They will have to re-release the job if a TC is not present but then can request a reimbursement by filling out a [[Web Help Desk]] [https://www.wpunj.edu/helpdesk ticket].
